To address this, I implemented a multichannel marketing campaign aimed at encouraging customers to activate their access to CX Cloud. The first phase included a targeted web campaign on Cisco’s website, focusing on specific contacts. The second phase involved an email campaign reaching out to contacts not active on Cisco's website, ensuring a comprehensive approach to user engagement.

This strategic marketing effort led to a 5% increase in requests for CX Cloud access, as reported by Cisco's project management team, highlighting the campaign's effectiveness in boosting platform engagement.
